
The breakfast is really important. You have to take breakfast everyday because it helps to prove your day time. If you take enough protein and vegetable in breakfast it will help you to spend better day time, also you have to take more water during day time because water is very good for brain and your body. If you already feel thirsty your already later, so you have to take a lots of water during day time. It will be good if you carry your water bottle every where. Power nap, when you feel so tired , when you can't focus something because of tired, for that Power nap is very good. 40 to 50 minutes Power nap is good, of you sleep more than one hour you will feel more tired.
Fun is very important for your brain too.
Fun is not that helpful for your knowledge but it's make Endorphin. Endorphin is source of energy.
Fun and Endorphin makes life more happy. Sleep is still on issue. Sleep is very important. During sleep your short term memory is move to long term memory. It will be good if you sleep 7hour to 8/half hour. You have to take care of your brain because brain makes you moving, thinking and moving. I have to fix my breakfast I want to take more protein, that will help me to spend more better day time. I already fixed my sleeping time now I'm sleep 8 hour, that was help me not to tired in day time.
